All services will be performed with professional diligence and skill.

3. Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines and key deliverables will be outlined in the SOW. While Axenos Marketing LLC will make every effort to meet these timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary information, assets, or approvals in a timely manner. Digital marketing results (e.g., search engine rankings, lead volume) are not guaranteed and can be influenced by factors outside our control.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be made according to the schedule outlined in the SOW or invoice. Services are typically billed on a monthly retainer basis, payable in advance. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to information, including but not limited to, website backends, analytics accounts, and social media profiles, required for Axenos Marketing LLC to perform its services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, materials, and information provided to Axenos Marketing LLC.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients, or suppliers of the other party. This obligation will remain in effect even after the termination of the service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axenos Marketing LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services provided by Axenos Marketing LLC, even if Axenos Marketing LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law
